How to Import Coupons?

This block will give you information on how to import coupons.

To perform import coupon operations you must have to enable the import coupons option from the coupon settings tab.

Once you have enabled the import coupons option then there are 3 new options. Insert Coupon, Update Coupon, and Delete Coupon.

Insert Coupon, Update Coupon, and Delete Coupon will automatically add an insert, update and delete sheet headers.

After saving settings, Our plugin code will auto add sheet headers respectively.

1. Update Coupon

If you want to update any coupon row then add 1 in the update column from a spreadsheet.

Here is an example to show you how you can update coupons. In this example, we changed the coupon with 184 coupon Id.

• Discount Type fixed_cart to fixed_product
• Coupon Amount 20 to 50
• Allow Free Shipping No to Yes
• Exclude Sale Items Yes to No
• Products added with coma-separated product names ‘Hoodie, Hoodie with pocket’
• Applied Product Categories added with coma separate product categories ‘Hoodies, Accessories
• Usage Limit Per Coupon 5
• Update to 1

For example, you can make changes as per your need. You must have to add 1 within the Update column of the spreadsheet.

Once you have made changes within your spreadsheet respectively with your need then you need to click on Import Coupon and follow the below steps.

2. Insert Coupon

If a user wants to add a new coupon via spreadsheet then the user must have to add 1 within the Insert column of the spreadsheet. Please make sure you have added the Coupon Code within the row as the user wants to insert it. Coupon Code is mandatory for a new coupon of WooCommerce.

3. Delete Coupon

To perform the delete coupon operation then need to add 1 in the delete column of that Coupon Id row within the spreadsheet.

Please make sure you have added 1 to the correct Coupon ID row as you want to delete the coupon.
