This is a standard Google security screen for apps in development or testing mode. Simply:

Yes! As long as the Google Sheet is shared with the Google account that is connected to WPSyncSheets with Editor access, it should appear in the spreadsheet dropdown. The sheet must be shared with the same Google account used for the API connection.

Try these steps in order:

1. Check the feed is active: Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → WPSyncSheets and ensure the feed is set to Active.
2. Verify the Google connection: Go to WPSyncSheets → Google API Settings and confirm the token is valid. If expired, revoke and regenerate.
3. Check Payment Status filter: If you have the “Payment Status (Paid/Approved)” option enabled in your feed, only entries with a completed payment will sync. Disable this if you want all entries to sync.
4. Clear and re-sync: Use the “Clear Spreadsheet” button and then click “Click to Sync” to refresh all entries.
5. Update the plugin: Ensure you are running the latest version of WPSyncSheets.

This can happen when:

1. The feed is not properly connected to a Google Sheet. Try creating a new spreadsheet from the feed settings.
2. The form entries might be filtered by date range or payment status. Check your feed settings for any active filters.
3. Try clearing the existing spreadsheet using the “Clear Spreadsheet” button, then click “Click to Sync” again.

This can be caused by several factors:

• Payment Status filter: Entries without a completed payment won’t sync if the “Paid/Approved” option is enabled.
• Manual entries in the sheet: If someone manually adds data in the spreadsheet (e.g., inserts rows below the last entry), new entries may appear far down the sheet, making them seem missing.
• HTML content in entries: Entries containing complex HTML or special characters may occasionally fail to sync. Using “Click to Sync” as a periodic check can help catch any missed entries.
• API rate limits: If you have a large number of concurrent form submissions, some may exceed Google’s API rate limits.

After updating:

1. Revoke and regenerate the Google API token.
2. Re-check feed settings — ensure mappings are still correct.
3. Clear your site cache (including server-side caching from hosting).
4. If the problem persists, download the latest version directly from your WPSyncSheets account and re-install manually.

This was a known issue related to the “Bypass Column” feature introduced in version 5.1. To fix:

2. Re-check your feed’s field mapping settings.

There is no built-in “scheduled sync” option, but you can work around this:

1. Disable the feed when you don’t want automatic syncing.
2. When you’re ready for the data, activate the feed and click “Click to Sync” to pull all entries at once.

This avoids any delay between form submission and the thank-you page display.

1. Create a new spreadsheet from the feed settings using the “Create New Spreadsheet” option.
2. If using an existing sheet, write your desired column headers manually in the sheet, ensuring all headers are unique.
3. Go to feed settings, select the sheet, and the mapping dropdown should now show your form fields.
4. Ensure you’re using the latest plugin version.

The import feature uses special columns in your Google Sheet to determine what action to take. For each row you want to import:

• To insert a new entry: Add the row data and put 1 in the Insert column.
• To update an existing entry: Put 1 in the Update column for that row.
• To delete an entry: Put 1 in the Delete column for that row.

This is caused by the Value Input Option setting. To fix:

1. Go to WPSyncSheets → General Settings.
2. Find the “Value Input Option” (or “Raw Format”) setting.
3. Change it from “RAW” to “USER_ENTERED”.
4. Save settings.

With “USER_ENTERED”, Google Sheets will interpret values the same way a user would type them (so numbers are treated as numbers, not text).

Incorrect dates are usually caused by:

1. Timezone mismatch: Ensure your WordPress timezone (Settings → General → Timezone) matches your expected timezone.
2. Date format settings: The default date format is Y-m-d H:i (e.g., 2025-12-13 13:11). If you need a different format, check the plugin’s general settings.
3. A bug in date range filtering was fixed in version 5.3.9.5 — make sure you’re on the latest version.

The payment status column is automatically added when you enable the “Paid Status” checkbox in your feed settings:

1. Go to Forms → [Your Form] → Settings → WPSyncSheets.
2. In your feed, look for the “Payment Status (Paid/Approved)” option.
3. Enable (tick) this checkbox.
4. Save settings and sync.

A “Payment Status” column will appear in your sheet showing Paid/Pending/etc.

Common causes include:

2. Increase PHP Time Limit to at least 300 seconds.
3. Sync in batches using the date range filter to sync smaller groups of entries at a time.
4. Contact your hosting provider to increase server timeout limits.

The slight delay occurs because the plugin syncs the entry to Google Sheets during submission. To avoid this:

1. Disable the feed for real-time syncing.
2. Periodically activate the feed and click “Click to Sync” to batch-sync all new entries.

This separates the form submission process from the Google Sheets sync, eliminating any user-facing delay.
