Export Bricks Entries With WPSyncSheets For Bricks Plugin

Users can sync each Bricks form submission directly to a spreadsheet as soon as it’s submitted. This provides real-time updates, accurate record-keeping, and removes the need for manual or bulk exports.

How to Export Entries?

In case you haven’t installed and activated the plugin yet, go to the Setup Guide and follow the steps.

Step 1: Navigate to Pages and open All Pages

Step 2: Click on “Edit with Bricks”

After navigating to All Pages, locate the Contact Us page and click on “Edit with Bricks.”

Hover your mouse over the Contact Us, do not click on it. You will see Edit with Bricks option.

Step 3:  Open the Form Settings

After clicking Edit with Bricks, the page will open in the builder. Select the Form element to display its settings in the left-hand panel.

Step 4: Select WPSyncSheets Action

Go to the Actions tab, select WPSyncSheets from the actions dropdown, and the WPSyncSheets control settings will appear at the bottom of the form settings panel.

Step 5: Open the WPSyncSheets Panel

Once the action is added, you’ll see a new WPSyncSheets tab appear at the bottom of the form settings. Click it to access and configure the WPSyncSheets options.

Step 6: Select Spreadsheet and Add Sheet Name

Choose to create a new spreadsheet or connect to an existing one, and enter the sheet name where your form entries will be stored.

Step 7: Manage the Sheet Headers

In the Sheet Headers panel, 

  • Adjust the order of form fields by drag and drop 
  • To add headers, enter a name in the Header Name section and click the ADD button.
  • Delete existing headers by selecting the cross (×) mark

Step 8: Save Action Settings

After enabling or selecting all settings as per your requirements, click the Save button to store your configuration.
Once the page is saved, don’t forget to refresh the page to load and display the saved settings correctly.

Step 9: Exporting Form Submissions

After the settings are successfully saved and refreshed, every form submission will be automatically exported to your selected spreadsheet and sheet.
